MCHS Warriors INK Logo

This is the MCHS Warriors Ink Logo. We run jobs for our district as well as our community and our simulated print shop production company MCHS Warriors Ink provides students with opportunities to enhance their specialized skills in many different graphics industries.

• Objective:

  • When creating this logo we wanted to take our current warrior head and attach him to a warrior body in order to keep us on brand with our school but add a new twist to our warrior head logo. We have adjusted this logo because of a rebrand and name change to our production class. We needed to do this while also bring in graphics to this logo.

  • When we moved from two seperate buildings into one building we were asked to make our name more professional and better for marketing and it led to a rebranding and name change.

    • First and original name was MCHS Print Shop

    • Rebrand and Name Change MCHS Warriors Ink.

• Challenges:

  •  The biggest challenge was taking our Warrior Head and including him on a completely separate body because currently we only used the warrior head by itself.

  • We also wanted to include a CMYK ink as well as squeegee for screen printing.

  • Rebranding putting more clothes on the Warrior.

• Tool:

  • We used Illustrator for all of the design work.

    
    

• Results: We have updated the logo two different times now. The first design had the logo with and without text and our old name. The new Logo we added a shield that has some greek lettering and put armor on our Warrior due to him showing to much skin. We were able to adjust and better incorporate the text within the flooded/ dripping ink and that lead us to being able to having an alternative logo with just our text for our new brand.
